1. How do I care for my lashes?
Eyelash extensions are super easy to maintain. Ensure to keep your eyelashes clean by cleansing them thoroughly and daily. It is also important to avoid waterproof cosmetics, and products with oil around the eye area. Further aftercare instructions are given after application.
  2. Can I get them wet?
Yes! That is one of the many amazing things about wearing eyelash extensions. Unlike mascara, or other type of false lashes, you can swim and do all the things with love, you don't have to sleep in a certain direction etiher.
  3. What to do before appointment?
Before appointment ensure lashes are clean and makeup free. If you have any sensitives please ensure you advise your lash artist upon booking. If you wear contact lenses please be advised you will be required to remove them before application.
  4. What's the application procedure like?
Getting your lashes done is always an exciting process. Many clients fall asleep during application. Your eyes are closed as we apply the extensions o an l isolated natural eyelash at a time. The extensions are applied with adhesive that is made specifically for eyelash extensions. It is applied to your natural lash hair only.
  5. How long does application take?
Application will normally take from 1 hour to 2 hours or more depending on the desired style chosen and the condition of your current lashes.
  6. What is a Brazilian Wax?
A Brazilian wax is an extreme bikini wax: all the hair underneath is removed, and most of (or all) the wax on the front.
  7. What’s the appeal of Brazilian waxing?
The number one reason why people have Brazilian waxes is that it can hugely improve your sex life. Not only will your partner love it, just having a Brazilian wax will make you feel naughty! You can wear skimpy lingerie and swimwear without fear of pubes escaping, plus most people also feel a lot cleaner and more hygienic without hair down there. If you’ve been shaving your pubic area, you’ll also enjoy not having stubble or a rash from your razor.
  8. Why is the Brazilian wax so popular?
The Brazilian wax has actually been around for quite a while, in the porn world but also popular with catwalk models and celebrities. Why? Pubes showing underneath swim wear or skimpy clothes just isn’t a good look.
  9. Does Brazilian waxing hurt?
As much as we’d like to say it doesn’t hurt, it does. The first Brazilian wax will be a little uncomfortable. The good news is that it does get easier. If you’re worried about pain, we suggest you exfoliate the area thoroughly, trim leaving enough for the wax to catch it and an hour or so before your appointment take a pain killer. Also, don’t have a wax a week before and during your period, as the pain will be more than usual!
  10. Isn't a Brazilian wax embarrassing?
Whilst you will need to strip off (we can’t wax you with your knickers on!), the embarrassment factor will be at a minimum. In some other waxing places they still make you kneel on all fours, or wrap your legs round the beautician’s neck, but we’ve got a far less embarrassing technique. Besides our Therapists are so efficient it will be over before you know it! Remember, we’re professionals and have been doing this for many years, and will do our best to relax you and put you at ease. Quite simply, you don’t have anything we haven’t seen before!
  11. What’s the difference between a Brazilian wax and a Hollywood wax?
The terms are often used inter-changeably, but technically a Hollywood wax leaves the whole area bare, while a Brazilian wax leaves a small, vertical strip – often referred to as a “landing strip”. We’ll discuss which style you’d like before your first wax. We’d normally remove hair from your labia and buttocks – please let us know if you don’t want this.
  12. Can’t I just do Brazilian myself?
No, we strongly recommend against DIY Brazilian waxing. This is a very painful area, plus it’s hard to reach, so there’s a good chance that if you do it yourself it will be extremely painful and you’ll end up with ugly purple bruising. Organic strip wax: this comes with our world-famous 15-minute Guarantee for monthly treatments. Hot wax: ideal for first-timers or people who just prefer it.
  13. How long will my Brazilian wax last?
The wax will last three to four weeks, and we recommend that you are waxed at four week intervals. This will make the waxing procedure a lot quicker, and significantly less painful!
